I love this SUV. It’s 41 mpg city and 38 highway. I traded in my 2017 RAV4 XLE hybrid. We negotiated on trade value and came to an agreement. Craig was helpful and very polite. He kept me informed through the whole process when the RAV4 was built, when it was transported and when it arrived. I would recommend him for your next purchase. Craig Schnaak did a great job! I would recommend him! The features on this RAV4 Hybrid are very nice! This is the 4th Toyota I have bought for either myself or helped a family member buy from Bommarito. So have had for 10 days. Getting 42 mpg most of the time up to 44mpg on good days.

Craig Schnaak at Bommarito Toyota is the person to buy a vehicle from. In Autumn of 2020 I decided to buy a Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport, but with a very special build. Initially, I went to a Toyota dealer closer to my home, but I left there with the impression that they thought that they were doing me a favor by even entertaining the fact that what I wanted would need to be ordered, much less negotiated on what the final purchase price would be. Just about turned off by that experience, I nevertheless replied to an email from Craig Schnaak who asked me to stop by. Pretty much from the outset, he was different. He seemed genuinely happy to see me, and said that he would work with me to buy the truck that I wanted. As we sat at his desk, he searched for the truck with the options that I wanted, but there was nothing in the U.S. at any dealer. However, he looked at the build schedule and identified about 3-4 trucks that he could potentially trade other dealers for. So, I went ahead and put a deposit down and ordered my truck. It took about 5 months from order to delivery, but it was worth the wait. I got my manual transmission, TRD Sport, spec'd out exactly as I wanted it, and Craig kept me informed about the production milestones as it was being built and then delivered. I can't say enough good things about him as a sales guy, and person. He is a great person to deal with. He is up front, and tells it straight. He will get you in the vehicle you want and get you a fair price. Thank you, Craig, and Bommarito Toyota, for helping me buy my first pickup truck. A great experience, and one I hope to repeat in the future!

They sold us a bad car its not even a month 4 times we come backt to complain it and they keep fixing it but still broke and when we ask for trade in we just play us there until they throw us out because they dont want us to help us because they want us to be stock ti the car have suspension problem. The car is almost brand new 2023 but the preown manager sonny he just dont care he yelled at me and he point his finger to my face because im a small girl that cant depend my self. They let us drive the bad car because they only care is they already earn money for me. Dont ever trust this dealership

Professionalism, integrity, and empathy are the cultural norms in Bommarito Toyota. When I signed the contract for a very good deal to finance a very good vehicle, I realized that the insurance company is going to take some time to approve. I had to leave the car in Bommarito for about a week until I finally got my insurance. They prepared a new contract for me with the date of purchase switched to the date I picked up the car so that I don't have to pay for the week that my car was in their shop. I'm very thankful to Tim and Tyler especially.

Excellent experience at this dealership. Our salesperson went above and beyond to help us in every way. Cody was quick to respond, patient with us, and kept us informed. We appreciated that pricing was straightforward with no "extras" added on. We drove almost four hours to do business here because they were the only dealer that could get us what we wanted at a fair price.

Got our vehicle yesterday from Toyota Bommarito. (Experience with picking up a new car on my birthday... Never again😅) Pros Cons and the in betweens.. After months of research for a new SUV for my wife, we ended up here. We picked between Lexus GX, Grand Cherokee L, and Acura MDX. Dealer rating 3/5 (mainly because of Tyler Steven) PROS- Got this at MSRP and sales team was EXCEPTIONAL. Our sales guys Tim and Cody was extremely helpful and we got delivery in less than a month. Great people to work with! 🙌🏽 CONS- Finance person (Tyler Steven)- THE ABSOLUTE WORST FINANCE PERSON WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Extremely disrespectful and just over the top arrogant. We were discussing about the rate and he offered 3.49 at first with my credit being excellent(over 800.) I told him that Lexus was offering 1.9 last month and asked if Toyota will offer the same. He immediately responded, “Go buy a Lexus then.” WOWW! After that response, me and my wife just looked at each other and was extremely uncomfortable the whole time as this guy was just being arrogant and just made us feel that we were not buying enough. Buying a new car is normally fun and exciting for us but that was just the ABSOLUTE WORST buying experience we had (especially being on my birthday.) Summary— My wife absolutely LOVES the car but we were both shattered by the experience we had with this finance person. It’s a great car but the experience we had just ruined the experience and first time ownership of a Toyota. Truly speaking, traumatized is what we both felt after we left the dealership. We felt so belittled and disrespected. Honestly should have went with Lexus for a little more. Not also sure if this guy Tyler Steven was acting like that as market is currently in their favor?? Would I recommend this dealer? Yes I would recommend this dealer as they have a good warranty plan and sales team is phenomenal! I WOULD ALSO WARN EVERYONE, DO NOT DEAL WITH TYLER STEVEN. That experience with him was truly truly TERRIBLE. It honestly ruined a few hours of my birthday, the experience of buying a new car for my wife, and it just really put a bad taste in our mouths being a first time Toyota owners. Poor sales service.
Poor sales service. Was lied to about the car having remote start. The remote start has a defect that makes it shut off when opening the door and Toyota only gives you 12 months free of remote start key fob and app. After that it is documented from Toyota it’s $8 a month to use the remote start you paid for. Dealer still says it’s not true even when confronted with the document from Toyota. Asked for my trades car back after 1 week and got stalled for 2 weeks with manager on vacation and in meetings and then told we sold your car yesterday. Overcharged for a hitch install by $180. Gave me a reciept showing it and said oh no that’s our profit to keep. So sales makes money off their own service departments work. The car is a lemon with engine/transmission problems, technology flaws and safety issues now reported to NHSA. Dealer dosnt want to help. Had to get Toyota involved to request help. Dealer also isn’t document service records. Keeps looking at car without doing paperwork.

Bought a 23 highlander here 3 weeks ago. Specified wanting a remote start. Was sold the mod that included remote start but wasn’t told that it’s a subscription service for $8 a month to use it even with your key fob. Also wasn’t told that the remote start shuts off when opening the door making you restart the car everytime. Was over charged $180 for the hitch install at $1200 and given a receipt for $1017. The car turns out to be a lemon with engine problems, steering problems, and technology problems that I am told by them after 3weeks I’m stuck with but they will buy it back for $8000 less than I paid. Hurried up and sold our traded in car that I have been asking for back.

I had the most amazing experience at Bommarito Toyota. Let me start by saying every employee there have great personalities and are friendly..Cody Parish is an awesome salesman. He sold me my first Camry in 2016, and just sold me a 2021 Camry. Cody is knowledgeable, very customer oriented. He's the BEST. Sonny Swearingen was great also, he lifted my spirits so my anxiety of buying a new car wasn't so overwhelming. Tyler Stevens in Finance was so good at explaining everything to me, car payments, interest rate, etc. Overall great experience for me!!

Mark was ok with me testing driving the 2023 Sequoia
Mark was ok with me testing driving the 2023 Sequoia Platinum and seem to be ok working with me going forward. So, before leaving the dealership and immediately after test driving the vehicle I got approved funding. I text Mark since he was busy with another customer and he responded that he would follow up with me, but never did... So, due to the lack of enthusiasm for my business and the amount of money being spent for this vehicle, I decided to go elsewhere. I went to Weiss Toyota and purchased my new 2024 Sequoia Capstone and I am very happy. The Weiss salesman actually wanted my business and worked for it. I've bought numerous vehicles from Bommarito in the past but during this experience I feel as though I wasn't being taken seriously. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Then i wanted to perhaps buy another vehicle and nobody followed through with any request and the salesman showing up or the vehicle i wanted to look at was niwhere to be found. Everyone else just ignored me while i was getting the first vehile i bought serviced. I wanted to do both at the same time. But, no follow through on Mark the salesman or having the vehicle pulled out front.

I had the pleasure of meeting a very knowledgeable sales associate by the name of Duke White who answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I did have one negative experience. I printed off a $200 accessory gift card that is supposed to be included with the purchase of a new or used vehicle only to be told that the pricing that is on the website cannot be used for the coupon. WHAT! They wanted to charge me full price and then on top of that charge me a service fee to install the items which was more than what the gift card was worth. Big disappointment!

Rachel is simply the best (cue song)! She patiently helped me through the entire process of ordering my new Highlander Hybrid. Rachel was very honest about the long wait time and how difficult it was to get the exact one that I wanted. I know that I was a picky customer, and I appreciate her so much for her patience with me. She would respond to any questions I had and email/text me a response quickly. Rachel and the dealership also gave me a fair price for my trade-in. Once the vehicle was here, she even took care of getting some additional work done on the vehicle before I went to pick it up so I would have to spend extra time taking it to different places for window tinting and paint protection. She walked me through and demonstrated all of the new technology in the Highlander too. If you need a salesperson to work with, just ask for Rachel, and you can’t go wrong.

Why is it that when this dealership can’t get you
Why is it that when this dealership can’t get you approved to sell you a car, they become the nastiest and most incorrigible people you’ve ever noticed?! I’m still trying to get the 30 inquiries off of my credit report as they are still haunting me. I went to another dealership and drove off the lot the same day with great preowned car! Nasty people only get nasty results! Karma always sees everyone. It’s a struggle but I will get these off my credit and I hope your attitudes towards others improve greatly!

Service was performed on my transfer case and rear axle and there is oil under my car and on my garage floor. Called service department and Dave the Service Manager said they would send a tow truck to get my car and check it out. I asked for a loaner while they fixed their mistake and was told one wouldn’t be available. I drove my car 300 miles over the weekend. Nothing better be damaged. Unacceptable business practice! This is 100% their fault. Still waiting for a call back from Dave..

Service department is terrible, Danny Jenkins sucks at his job and should leave waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for a oil change. They won’t fix the problems I have with my newer vehicle. It’s a xxxx dealership.

Poor sales service.
Poor sales service. Was lied to about the car having remote start. The remote start has a defect that makes it shut off when opening the door and Toyota only gives you 12 months free of remote start key fob and app. After that it is documented from Toyota it’s $8 a month to use the remote start you paid for. Dealer still says it’s not true even when confronted with the document from Toyota. Asked for my trades car back after 1 week and got stalled for 2 weeks with manager on vacation and in meetings and then told we sold your car yesterday. Overcharged for a hitch install by $180. Gave me a reciept showing it and said oh no that’s our profit to keep. So sales makes money off their own service departments work. The car is a lemon with engine/transmission problems, technology flaws and safety issues now reported to NHSA. Dealer dosnt want to help. Had to get Toyota involved to request help. Dealer also isn’t document service records. Keeps looking at car without doing paperwork.

Professionalism, integrity, and empathy are the cultural norms in Bommarito Toyota. When I signed the contract for a very good deal to finance a very good vehicle, I realized that the insurance company is going to take some time to approve. I had to leave the car in Bommarito for about a week until I finally got my insurance. They prepared a new contract for me with the date of purchase switched to the date I picked up the car so that I don't have to pay for the week that my car was in their shop. I'm very thankful to Tim and Tyler especially.

My car has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem.
My car has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem. I can not get Scott Dunigan or the Service Manager, David Brewer, to return my calls or emails. Unfortunately, I need to take my car back for the 5th time because the problem has not been fixed. I paid for diagnostic, allowed their technician to take my vehicle home and STILL it is not repaired. This dealership has been the ONLY place I have taken my car to be worked on since I purchased it in 2011.

My first visit was fantastic.
My first visit was fantastic. Then i wanted to perhaps buy another vehicle and nobody followed through with any request and the salesman showing up or the vehicle i wanted to look at was niwhere to be found. Everyone else just ignored me while i was getting the first vehile i bought serviced. I wanted to do both at the same time. But, no follow through on Mark the salesman or having the vehicle pulled out front.

Why is it that when this dealership can’t get you
Why is it that when this dealership can’t get you approved to sell you a car, they become the nastiest and most incorrigible people you’ve ever noticed?! I’m still trying to get the 30 inquiries off of my credit report as they are still haunting me. I went to another dealership and drove off the lot the same day with great preowned car! Nasty people only get nasty results! Karma always sees everyone. It’s a struggle but I will get these off my credit and I hope your attitudes towards others improve greatly!
