If you’re a new customer, follow these four simple steps to make your first appointment. If you’ve scheduled service with us online before, you’ll be able to skip the first step!
- Step 1: Vehicle Information
In order to give you the best service, we’ll need to know more about your vehicle. Start out by choosing the make; though we usually deal with Toyota and Scion, we also service other vehicles. After you choose the make, let us know the year and model of your vehicle. If applicable, we’ll ask a few more questions, including information on the transmission type, drive type, engine type, and trim level. Finally, we’ll ask you to fill in your vehicle’s mileage (a rough estimate here is OK).
- Step 2: Choose Service
Next, you’ll be able to choose what service your vehicle needs. Choose between maintenance packages, which bundle multiple services together, or individual services.
- Step 3: Transportation Information
We want to make sure that you’re all set when it comes to transportation, so we’ll ask if you need a ride. If not, please let us know if you have a ride or will wait at the dealership. If you do need a ride, choose to take our complimentary shuttle.
- Step 4: Schedule & Confirm
You’ll then get to choose the day and time you want to come in. You can even choose which advisor you’d like to work with, or select Any Advisor. Then, we’ll ask for your contact information so we can get in touch with you.
