She answered all our questions and guided us in purchasing a brand new car, in understanding all the benefits and resources we could take advantage of, and in getting us a great deal on our old vehicle that we were trading in . When I first approached Bommarito, I was treated negatively by a middle aged man, Gary or Greg. He was dismissive of my questions and wanted to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. He told me to go to the website to have my questions answered. Questions being “what’s the difference between the XLE and the Limited? What’s the average gas mileage, what’s the price difference?” I left, I did additional research online and I reached back out to the dealership and asked for a new sales associate to continue with my purchase. I was sent to Rachel who was compassionate, answered all of my questions in regard to the car, financing, down payments, trade in, warranties, and features available. We ordered a new Grand Highlander meeting my specifications and budget and she walked me through every step of the process of this new big life purchase for me and my family. Once the car arrived she spent over an hour and walked me through setting up the car, all the buttons and features, and even answers post questions a couple days later when I was confused about a feature. She has gone above and beyond just “selling a car” to make sure that I am comfortable and happy with my purchase. Rachel is absolutely everything a sales associate should be when purchasing a vehicle. Ask for her. Buy from her. We will go back to her, wherever she is, when we are ready for our next purchase because we know 100% we will be taken care of.

Will tell you they pay him so that issues don’t make it to his superiors. Check the VIN an make them do a breakdown. Report tactics such as saying the car sold right before you got there.

I had a great experience working with Mike during the purchase of 2023 Four Runner (Officially named Gray Goose). Mike was honest, respectful, and treated me fairly throughout the entire process, my life partner even mentioned how respectful he was while we were sitting at his desk.. When I sat down with Paul for financing there was no pressure, everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Mike and Paul, to anyone looking to buy a car. Excellent experience at this dealership. Our salesperson went above and beyond to help us in every way. Cody was quick to respond, patient with us, and kept us informed. We appreciated that pricing was straightforward with no "extras" added on. We drove almost four hours to do business here because they were the only dealer that could get us what we wanted at a fair price.

When I first approached Bommarito, I was treated
When I first approached Bommarito, I was treated negatively by a middle aged man, Gary or Greg. He was dismissive of my questions and wanted to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. He told me to go to the website to have my questions answered. Questions being “what’s the difference between the XLE and the Limited? What’s the average gas mileage, what’s the price difference?” I left, I did additional research online and I reached back out to the dealership and asked for a new sales associate to continue with my purchase. I was sent to Rachel who was compassionate, answered all of my questions in regard to the car, financing, down payments, trade in, warranties, and features available. We ordered a new Grand Highlander meeting my specifications and budget and she walked me through every step of the process of this new big life purchase for me and my family. Once the car arrived she spent over an hour and walked me through setting up the car, all the buttons and features, and even answers post questions a couple days later when I was confused about a feature. She has gone above and beyond just “selling a car” to make sure that I am comfortable and happy with my purchase. Rachel is absolutely everything a sales associate should be when purchasing a vehicle. Ask for her. Buy from her. We will go back to her, wherever she is, when we are ready for our next purchase because we know 100% we will be taken care of.

I worked with Craig Schnaak Product Specialist at Bommarito Toyota. I started the process at the beginning of March. I just got my New Toyota RAV 4 XSE Hybrid June 11th, 2022. It was worth the wait. I love this SUV. It’s 41 mpg city and 38 highway. I traded in my 2017 RAV4 XLE hybrid. We negotiated on trade value and came to an agreement. Craig was helpful and very polite. He kept me informed through the whole process when the RAV4 was built, when it was transported and when it arrived. I would recommend him for your next purchase. Craig Schnaak did a great job! I would recommend him! The features on this RAV4 Hybrid are very nice! This is the 4th Toyota I have bought for either myself or helped a family member buy from Bommarito. So have had for 10 days. Getting 42 mpg most of the time up to 44mpg on good days.

We had a smooth and pleasant transaction with Mark at Bommarito Toyota yesterday. I went to test drive two cars in the afternoon; Mark was prepared with the keys (I'd called ahead) and was extremely chill. I did not feel pressured at all, and I was also impressed that he had no issues dealing with a woman (unfortunately I still run into this in 2026 occasionally). I found a car I liked and my husband went in to drive it later because we had opposite schedules that day. Mark did not send me 50 texts in the meantime like other dealers had done, luckily. My husband also liked him and found the purchasing process fairly smooth (with the typical attempts to get you to finance, etc., but hey, they've got to make a dime, too, right?). We'll likely need to buy another car in the next 2-3 years, and I would gladly give Mark my business again.

Mark is exactly why I dislike shopping for cars. I am a woman who did her research, knew exactly what I wanted, and got straight to the point. I made it clear from the beginning that I did not want to play the typical “song and dance” that often comes with car buying. Unfortunately, Mark was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though he did not want to negotiate or even engage seriously simply because I am a woman. This experience reinforced the sad reality that many salesmen still do not treat women with the same respect they give men. Women should never be made to feel beneath a salesperson or that their knowledge doesn’t matter. To make matters worse, this experience showed my young daughter firsthand why shopping for a car and dealing with a salesman can be such an awful experience. So, Thank you Mark! Once I left, I went to another dealership where a saleswoman showed both my daughter and me how shopping for a car can be enjoyable while also being an educational learning experience. The contrast was night and day. Do better. Women deserve respect.

This is the worst dealership.
This is the worst dealership. They sold us a bad car its not even a month 4 times we come backt to complain it and they keep fixing it but still broke and when we ask for trade in we just play us there until they throw us out because they dont want us to help us because they want us to be stock ti the car have suspension problem. The car is almost brand new 2023 but the preown manager sonny he just dont care he yelled at me and he point his finger to my face because im a small girl that cant depend my self. They let us drive the bad car because they only care is they already earn money for me. Dont ever trust this dealership
